Hot Mama is proud to offer our running program designed specifically for us Mamas.
We’re training for the GoodLife Half Marathon (or 8k) on October 7th, 2018
We want to educate you on how to properly train your body for the big race day!
Our goal: get you to that race without injury, filled with knowledge, courage and power so you can complete the race with confidence.
The 16 week program is designed for the more experienced runner wanting to take on the challenge of the half marathon.
If you are a beginner or not-so-beginner runner and want to do the 8k…we still want you and you are welcome to join in for the 16 week program too!! There is also a 12 week program for the 8k race training. (starting July 24th) You are more than welcome to start that training earlier with us for the 16 weeks!
