Let’s keep it super simple for this class! Using our own body weight, like Arnold, we are still going to “pump you up”. Each week we focus on a specific muscle group, exploring movements that will stabilize, strengthen and tone. We end with some sweet yoga stretches that release the target muscles.
Bring your 5, 8 or 10lb weights if you have them!
