Hot Mama is proud to offer our running program designed specifically for “Bootylicious” Mamas. We’re training for the GoodLife Half Marathon and 8k on October 8th.
We want to educate you on how to properly train your body.
Our goal: get you to that race without injury, filled with knowledge, courage and power so you can complete the 8km with confidence.
If you’re a beginner or not-so-beginner runner with a booty…we want ya!
